That the government of Canada provides and funds mental health resources and support options to children and youth at all points of contact in their day such as schools and medical offices and recreational and community center locations. That the government of Canada funds a platform that is safe for children and youth to socialize and access resources and build connections for themselves in a safer domain.
That the government of Canada funds mental health mindfulness and resources for antibullying and cyberbullying supports for children and youth through Embrace Health Foundation. A review of the data base will reveal how the effects of bullying and cyberbullying and trolling affects their perspective and their relational experiences in their lives.
That the recovery of the pandemic experience for children and youth in Canada include increased resources for families and schools to provide additional resources and focuses on communication, resilience and sustaining and catching up on their personal wellness and milestones inclusive of developing regular mindfulness activities in their daily lives.
That the government of Canada review and fund the self-esteem research and development at Embrace Health Foundation and its applicable resources in mindfulness and resilience with a key focus on reducing bullying and supporting reflections and activities for children and youth that support their mental health. Supporting and developing reflections and self-compassion supports the rights of children and youth to develop the most adaptive self-esteem to support wellness and adaptation in their lifetime.

The complex mental health needs of children and youth can be supported by providing access to wellness at all points of their daily lives. Mainstreaming and normalizing mental health mindfulness and practices allows them to develop their own comfort level and practice stress reduction and reflections in their own unique ways and according to their developmental milestones. Schools are key facilitators in supporting daily health teaching and mindfulness sessions. Youth groups and health focuses that can support stress and momentous socialization post pandemic with support for fragile issues such as anxiety, social integration and speech and developmental milestones. Having a common resource sharing that is available everywhere supports the positive stance that mental health is essential in sustaining resilience moving forward. Medical areas, community centers and sports centers.
Embrace Health Foundation has captured the stresses and anxieties of children and youth through the pandemic and the social isolation and barriers of young infants in their early stages of development and socialization with other infants and children. Supporting creative reflection through play and interaction serves as a focal point for support and wellness and self-expression and catching up on milestones.
Embrace Health Foundation captured the stress and anxiety levels of youth and their lack of daily routines and feelings of powerlessness during the pandemic associated with social isolation. A great deal of focus came forward with the importance of connectivity and what it meant to them on an online identity and personal social identity. A key finding is that regular mental health practices were not always a part of their routine and that exercise was the first focus then yoga and some type of mindfulness expression or journalling became more common. The reality of their online identities surfaced as a continual stressor for them navigating through the presentations in social media realms.
Embrace Health Foundation has been working with Embrace Health Innovations to better understand the risk of social media realms for children and youth and has been formulating a safer domain experience.

A review of the data base will reveal the effects of bullying, cyberbullying, trolling and other information bombardment that affects their perspective and their relational experiences in their lives.
Bullying remains a complex factor in the lives of children and youth, the presentation of bullying affects the self-esteem of children and youth daily and they remain the silent victims in many cases. System supports require ongoing resources to address the complex realm of the social determinants of health that bullying presents to children and youth. Embrace Health Foundation supports and advocates for change and awareness in the realm of bullying. Supporting resources and self-compassion supports social awareness in a society that has trended to a denial-based approach with bullying.

The stress of the pandemic has touched the lives of children and youth in intricate ways on an individual level. Supporting continued resilience and mindfulness with additional resources and to support more social integration, speech and stress reduction supports their adaptation moving forward.
Developing venues of self-expression and early mindfulness practices supports their understanding to a lifelong commitment to their own mental health and how to support it as an individual.

Building self-awareness and self-compassion into the lives of children so they may reduce personal stress and develop a sense of wellness and individuality with regular daily mindfulness practices. Supporting and developing self-compassion and regular mindfulness in children and youth supports the rights of children and youth to sustain their most adaptive self-esteem in their lifetime.
The self-esteem research and development at Embrace Health Foundation supports a myriad of wellness focuses for children and youth. It serves as a resource for reflection and for building their own unique capacity for self and others. It supports their personal validation and the development of their own unique wellness in reflection. Reflections are benign and are the supportive catalyst for wellness and wellness outreach. The supportive capacity of self-expression that can raise their personal self-esteem and reduce their personal stress on an ongoing basis. Stress and bullying often place children and youth in unfortunate situations. Supporting and learning mindfulness and having antibullying resources available to them is essential. Embrace Health Foundation supports all individuals in the bullying realm. It is essential to keep resources and awareness available to children and youth given the prevalence and social determinants of health and wellness caused by bullying.
Embrace Health Foundation supports an essential facet of health and wellness in the lives of children and youth, their self-esteem. The research is reflective and pivots a lens to the stimuli that affect the self-esteem of children and youth and the need in building resilience and adaptive mental health practices daily for them. The turbulent nature of the social media domains present challenges and risks and affects the self-esteem and intricate identities of children and youth. The socialization delays and continual apprehension felt by children and youth during the pandemic can be supportively recovered by the self-esteem resources and research at Embrace Health Foundation. There has never been a more important time to leverage and support the self-esteem of children and youth.
